What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space? All you need is a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)
Do I need to sign a long-term lease? No, we rent on a month to month (and even week to week) basis unless the customer requests it.
What about insurance? We have brochures and contact information referring you to an agent in getting storage insurance. You can also contact your automobile or homeowners insurance agent to see if your items are covered.
Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates? No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security password code that will allow you access from 7am to 7pm, 365 days a year.
How do I make a payment? You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept? Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

How do I know how much storage space I will need? Use these diagrams to give you an idea on what fits in a particular storage unit.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment? We love to have visitors to our facillity, but we are often out making deliveries during the day. If possible, it is best to call before stopping by.
Do I need to bring my own lock? You can, but we also sell locks.
How much notice needs to be given when I move out? We require a 15 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
Are their any items that I am NOT able to store? Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.
Do you have hand trucks and dollies available at your facility? Absolutley, we have hand trucks, furniture dollys, appliance movers and a wide variety of other tools to help make your move as easy as possible.
Are their any additional fees? There are no additional fees for self-storage, but our portable containers do require a setup to setup the container on your property. We do not require a security deposit.
What are the hours of operation? The office is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, and by appointment only on weekends. The gate access hours are 7am – 7pm 7 days a week.
