How do I reserve a unit?
You can put your information into our free quote system at the top of the page(WIP) and finish your online reservation there 24/7, or you can give our local office a call at 877-423-2055 during business hours to speak to an agent directly.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
We love to have visitors to our facility, but to ensure someone is available to meet you it is best to call before stopping by.
How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
We require 7 days notice to get you onto our schedule. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
What if I need to access my storage unit while it is at your secure facility?
No problem, we just need one business day’s notice in order to make your unit accessible to you on our property and help set up your gate code for access.
When can I access my unit if it is being stored at your secure facility?
All customers who are storing with us have access to their unit 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Extended hours are available on a case-by-case basis after management approval.
Do I need to be there when the driver drops off the container at my location?
No, we know you are busy so we are happy to give you a quick call before we bring the container to you. Usually about 20-30 minute lead times.
Can you give me a specific time I will receive my container?
No, however, the driver will call you ahead of time (approx. 20-30 mins) and you don’t have to be present for the container to be delivered.
Does the container have to be put in my driveway?
No, we can sometimes place it on a non-paved surface depending on the condition of that surface. We tend to try to stay away from soft or muddy yards and final placement is left up to driver discretion so that we can provide the safest experience for you and our staff.
