Q: What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A: All you need is a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)

Q: Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
A: No, we rent on a month to month basis.

Q: What about insurance?
A: We do offer two property protection plans that you can purchase. Ask one of our agents about these plans at checkout. You can also contact your automobile or homeowners insurance agent to see if your items are covered.

Q: What if I need to access my storage unit while it is at your secure facility?
A: No problem, we just need one business day’s notice in order to make your container accessible to you on our property.

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card or debit card.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Q: Do you sell/rent storage supplies?
A: Yes, we have a variety of storage supplies to rent (blankets, straps, locks, hand trucks), ask one of our reps about supplies when renting. We also sell moving boxes and other packing supplies here!

Q: How do I know how much storage space I will need?
A: Use these diagrams to give you an idea on what fits in a particular storage unit.

Q: Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
A: We love to have visitors to our facility, but to ensure someone is available to meet you it is best to call before stopping by.

Q: Do I need to bring my own lock?
A: You can, but we also sell disc-pad locks.

Q: How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
A: We require 7 days notice to get you onto our schedule. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

Q: Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
A: Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item. See contract for a complete list.

Q: Do you have hand trucks and dollies available at your facility?
A: Yes, we do have hand trucks and furniture dollies, plus a wide variety of other tools to help make your move as easy as possible.
